He has proven track record in spearheading the preparation and submission of 300+ land use applications and adept at orchestrating collaborative efforts with specialized consultants and representing the company in pivotal meetings. Stewart has expertise in comprehensive urban planning, successful project execution, and a 100% success rate in appeals. In addition, he is a highly motivated and successful property practitioner with more than five (5) years of experience in market analysis, negotiations, preparing legal contracts and networking with industry professionals.
